Properties

Properties define system-wide configuration settings for Order Management System.

• The Working with Customer Properties (PROP) menu option contains properties that an administrator type user would update, such as system-wide configuration settings for forms, integrations, and system settings.

• The Working with Cloud Properties (CPRP) menu option contains properties that a cloud hosting provider would update, such as system-wide configuration settings for email, logging, system and job monitoring, printing, and system settings.

• The CWDirectCP Server Properties File contains properties that a cloud hosting provider would update that affect each Order Management System application server. You must have access to the Order Management System application server in order to update this property file.

If you update a property in the Working with Customer Properties (PROP) or Working with Cloud Properties (CPRP) menu option, your update takes effect immediately.

If you update a property in the CWDirectCP Server Properties File, you must restart Order Management System before the change takes effect.
